Writing
Notes on building and measuring marketing systems, mostly about the gap between a check that passes and a thing that works.
- The check that could not fail 2026-08-28. I built a deterministic check for whether my agents' outbound writing sounded wrong, measured it, and deleted it. Then I found the same shape in a data pipeline that had spent weeks publishing deletions it had invented.
- One report, one short 2026-09-02. A weekly market report is a nine-minute read almost nobody finishes. This is the pipeline that turns the same week's numbers into a 45-second vertical cut, with every figure on screen read out of the data rather than typed into a caption.
